Alexandra Bacon, Bach Practitioner, Counsellor

As a qualified Counsellor and Bach therapist, Alexandra has built up her own practice in the Derby and Matlock areas, and is happy to now be offering her services at Futureminds in Ashby.

Having recovered herself from M.E/ CFS, a debilitating condition for 10 years using these techniques, Alexandra has since developed an integrative healing system which she uses with clients, treating a wide range of conditions. Working on the belief that healing begins from the inside out with proven success with clients; after the emotional contributors have been resolved, full emotional and physical health follows.

She now practises as a Wellbeing and Personal Performance consultant, enabling her clients to move forward and resolve their emotional and mental blocks so they can achieve greater health and wellbeing. 

Alexandra helps her clients to resolve all manner of emotional issues, such as effectively reducing or eliminating anxiety, phobias, stress and depression. Also a large part of her work involves harmonising relationships, career issues, losing weight and developing greater confidence and self esteem in all areas of your life.

Alexandra works with a variety of conditions and emotional issues, offering you an effective, holistic approach to health and wellbeing using revolutionary healing tools and techniques.

Alexandra is a professionally insured AAMET qualified EFT Practitioner, Counsellor and Emotional Health Specialist. She is also a member of the Complementary Therapy Association (CThA), Embody Professionals and The British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
