Futureminds is a counselling and psychology service offering an accessible and non-stigmatised service for emotional well-being and good mental health.
We currently offer both face-to-face and online appointments.
In addition to working with adults and families, many of out therapists specialise in child and adolescent mental health. We work closely with private fostering agencies and residential care homes and can offer training and staff consultation to support the staff team to help young people who may not be ready to receive individual therapy for themselves or to support any individual therapy to ensure consistency in approaches.
Clients often become confused as to which type of therapy will be most appropriate to them so we hope this description will help.
We work in partnership with our clients in a positive, respectful, non-judgmental and anti oppressive manner and believe that all human beings have the capacity to help themselves with the right support and guidance.
All of our therapists that work with young people or children have DBS enhanced disclosure and all are fully insured and work within a professional code of conduct.
We offer private and comfortable consulting rooms in the centre of Ashby De La Zouch which are available to rent by other counsellors. We also have many associates who have work with us and are based across the country.
We also have a satellite office in Redditch.
We also have rooms available to rent for counsellors on an adhoc, half-day and full-day basis. Please contact the office for further details
