At Futureminds we do not pass on your name or identifying information to any third party individual or organisation unless we have your permission or unless we are concerned about risk to either yourself or someone you have spoken about. if this were the case then wherever possible we would discuss this with you at the time.
Information collected is stored in locked cabinets and no information is stored on computer. Notes are stored for 5 years after which time they are destroyed.
You have a right to request a copy of any information we hold about you.
