Sarah is a level 7 counsellor qualified in Person centred and pro-active counselling. She offers 1-2-1 sessions to adults and specialises in counselling children and young people using creative therapy and person-centred therapy.
Sarah (like all our counsellors) is fully insured and a registered member of the BACP. Sarah offers a safe and non-judgemental environment for clients of all ages to explore their issues in depth.

Emily has seven years’ experience working with children and young people, both as a therapist and as a secondary school teacher. Emily has been employed as a counsellor in several charities and secondary schools, supporting young people with a range of issues such as low mood, anxiety, self-harm, issues around neurodiversity, suicidal ideation, trauma, anger, bereavement, concerns around sleep and school attendance.
Emily is an integrative therapist which means she can draw on a range of theories, enabling her to tailor and adapt easily to her client’s individual needs. Deciding to start therapy is a brave decision and Emily is passionate about supporting clients in the best way possible, being alongside them at a challenging point in their lives.
